Registration for Spring 2009

Continuing Transfer students should be registered for your classes by now.

You need to see your advisor in your major for suggestions for courses.

Register online using Access Stout.

What to do if Your class is Closed
  1. Keep checking the class listing under “Search for Classes”. There is a lot of adding and dropping going on – maybe you can still catch a slot.
  2. Wait until the first day of class. Go to class with an add/drop slip filled out and ask the professor to sign.
  3. Register for another section of the course that is open and then add/drop the first day of class. (The course still has to fit into your schedule or the computer won’t let you do it.)
  4. Ask the professor to sign an add slip – You have to have a good reason why you need the class to do this.
  5. If you are still stuck, contact me 232-1465 or jonesc@uwstout.edu and I’ll see if I can help you find an alternative.
  6. (Don’t ALL of you call me, though!!!)

What NOT to do:

  1. Kick your laptop across the room (There is a charge if you break it.)
  2. Call up your advisor and yell at her!!! (I hate that…..)
